Role Overview:

• Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani seeks civil litigation attorneys with 3+ years of experience for its Orange County office.
• Flexible remote and hybrid options are available for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases in both state and federal courts across the country.
• Lead complex ESI discovery processes and leverage AI-based legal tools.
• Conduct deep-dive internet legal research and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be licensed in California and/or Nevada.
• Strong academic backgrounds, excellent writing and persuasive speaking skills, and a self-starter attitude are required.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $275,000 depending on level and experience.
