What You'll Do:
- Independently manage a full civil litigation docket across real estate, construction, commercial business, business torts, and general civil matters.
- Handle all phases of litigation including trial preparation, motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership on case strategy and client management.
What We're Looking For:
- 10 to 12+ years of civil litigation practice experience with active Idaho State Bar membership or eligibility to waive in.
- Strong courtroom presence with demonstrated oral advocacy, motion practice, discovery, and deposition experience.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or commercial litigation is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 annually with uncapped quarterly bonus.
- Non-equity partnership track available after 1 to 2 years.
- Attorneys are generally out by 5pm with no expected weekend work outside of occasional trial prep.
