Product Liability Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex product liability litigation from beginning to end in state and federal courts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda, and attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports while collaborating with colleagues across offices.

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted to practice in California.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred, with complex litigation, class actions, and product liability experience a plus.
• Superior analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
