Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation Defense

Overview:

• Join a small, high-performing Workers' Compensation Defense unit in West Palm Beach.
• Work in close contact with the Managing Partner on case strategy and litigation approach.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a defense caseload from intake through resolution with autonomy.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Review medical records and evidence to build strong defense positions.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of defense litigation experience; workers' comp preferred.
• Active Florida Bar membership and Juris Doctor degree.
