Attorney II

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury lawsuits with values up to $150,000 from inception through posttrial motions.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court for law and motion hearings.
• Take and defend depositions, summarize discovery responses and medical records within 30 days.

Qualifications:

• Law degree and bar admission in practicing state; 3+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Proven trial experience with personal injury cases and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.
