Description:
- You will represent Liberty Mutual and policyholders in moderately complex civil litigation matters.
- You will work with a diverse team that values healthy work/life balance and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage all phases of litigation including legal research, pleadings, and motions.
- Lead settlement negotiations, participate in hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to organizational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and California bar admission.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience in insurance law.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
