Responsibilities include performing cannabis policy research, updating legislator stance spreadsheets, scheduling legislative meetings, and potentially assisting with grassroots efforts. Coinbase is seeking a Sr. Trial Counsel with a track record of winning at trial. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Consumer Litigation and will own every aspect of their matters, from intake, to discovery, to summary judgment, and if necessary, trial. Your matters will vary but would generally consist of U.S. consumer arbitrations.

You’ll be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing contractual agreements to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies, often working closely with the legal team to create legally sound contracts while balancing business objectives.

Analyze state and federal laws and policies related to reproductive freedom. Research elected officials and candidates records on reproductive freedom; evaluate their records and produce profiles.

This internship provides general administrative support to the Government Relations and Political Departments, analyzes state and federal laws and policies related to reproductive freedom, monitors hearings and governmental actions, and researches elected officials' records. The intern will also coordinate resources on candidates, create campaign updates, and assist with political event planning.

Assist with research, analysis, development, outreach and execution of its Top Lawyer list franchise. You should have a law degree or extensive high-level experience in the legal field or law marketplace, and be skilled in spreadsheets, database management, and social media. Must have excellent research, writing capability, and time management skills.
