Summary:

Primary Duties:

• Independently respond to demand letters, records requests, and agency/administrative charges without senior attorney review.
• Provide claims assessment and analysis to clients and carriers, and handle settlement activities including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team and comply with all administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to the California state bar and in good standing, with at least 4 years of California employment litigation experience.
• Of Counsel level requires 9+ years and ability to operate in a first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
