Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Managing a docket of cases to resolution, including preparing clients for deposition and attending depositions.
• Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negotiations and moving matters towards resolution.
• Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed and leading by example.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be California State Barred and reside in the state of California.
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments and excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Doctors' deposition experience preferred, but newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply.
