Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse range of workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Foster and maintain client relationships by delivering personalized service tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Workers Compensation defense.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Indiana Bar.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues, conduct negotiations, and manage a diverse caseload.
