Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse range of workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and team members.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry trends to provide informed advice and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Must be barred in the State of Florida.
- At least three years of experience in workers' compensation defense.
- Ideally should have some business to bring with them.
