Senior Claims Specialist - California Workers Compensation (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-exposure and complex workers' compensation claims in multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for technical claims handling and lead account management for large clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Underwriting teams to monitor loss ratios and participate in client meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7-9 years of technical claims handling experience with heavy emphasis on workers' compensation in multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to manage conflict diplomatically.
