Responsibilities:
- Review, assign, and supervise all claim activity to ensure compliance with standards and laws.
- Investigate, evaluate, and adjust assigned claims; oversee reserves and negotiate disputed bills.
- Direct handling of litigated claims; train and develop claim staff.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of California Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a compliance-driven environment.
- Active SIP certification; strong knowledge of California WC regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
- 4 weeks PTO plus 10 paid holidays in first year.
