Your Role:

  • Represent injured employees in North Carolina workers' compensation claims.
  • Manage cases across all phases, including pre-litigation, discovery, settlement negotiations, and appeals.
  • Litigate cases before the Deputy Commissioner, Full Commission, and North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation (plaintiff or defense; plaintiff-side preferred).
  • Experience handling complex workers' compensation claims with strong understanding of medical issues.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $140,000 a year.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Potential use of AI tools in hiring process.
