MN Workers Compensation - Sr. Claims Examiner (Remote)

About the Role:

• You will manage a caseload of complex workers' compensation cases involving litigation, disability, and employer's liability.
• You will ensure compliance with performance guidelines and actively manage medical treatment and return-to-work initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Investigate claims, determine compensability, and establish appropriate case reserves.
• Document claim handling activities and use the diary system to issue indemnity payments and manage subrogation.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally and participate in client claim reviews.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree with three years' experience including litigation, subrogation, and complex medical/legal issues; or equivalent combination.
• Working knowledge of workers' compensation administration rules/laws and excellent communication and presentation skills.
