We are looking to hire new associates to our customer service team. We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for the family with average income and health. As a result of the increased demand of our client base, we are looking for highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Help prospective clients navigate life, critical illness, and health & dental insurance options using PolicyMe’s digital platform and your product knowledge. Speak with customers to answer questions and guide them through the buying process. Manage a high-volume pipeline of 300–350 leads each month, and recommend the right coverage based on customer needs, using a clear and honest consultative approach.

Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products. Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products. Gather all required data, determine eligibility, build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses.
