Insurance Claims Practice Leader

As the Insurance Claims Practice Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of external claims handlers, supporting the Head of Claims. Responsibilities include reviewing proposed approaches for large losses, auditing claims handler performance, and managing FOS referrals and data requests. Analysis of competitor USP’s and providing insight for decision making are crucial aspects of this role. This position requires regular travel to London offices and occasional travel to Gibraltar. This position is based in the UK and will require regular travel to our London offices and occasional travel to Gibraltar for UWI meetings.
