The Claims Specialist, Property (Homeowners) is responsible for handling property claims and assisting Branch members when they need it most; the technology-first and data-driven claims experience enhances member experience while eliminating traditional claims inefficiencies.

Examines claims data and conducts investigations into routine and moderately complex claims to determine coverage, compensability, subrogation and benefits under moderate supervisory direction. Must have MO and IA jurisdiction experience, KS is a plus; handles lost time and complex medical only assignments.

Appraises and investigates customer reported damages and assists in the processing of Total Loss claim documentation. Receives electronic appraisal assignments, sets appointments with customers for appraisal completion, reviews, explains, and negotiates completed damage estimates with customers and shops. Issues payments on claims and documents claims system.

This is a multi-disciplinary role with responsibility for market intelligence, regulatory and/or underwriting operations and technical development and implementation. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining coverage form and endorsement language, collaborating with stakeholders, staying updated on regulatory changes, and performing competitive analyses.

As a Senior Claims Representative, you will investigate moderate to complex commercial casualty claims in a prompt, equitable manner by analyzing coverage, liability, and damages; evaluating reserves; and negotiating settlement or conclusion of claims. This role is ideal for a claims professional who has a proven ability to handle complex coverage, liability, and damage issues.

Independently manage client relationships and accounts within our industry leading Emerging Risk Group, handling venture backed accounts. You will be responsible for Managing a book of up to $1MM in volume revenue and act as first and primary client point of contact.
