You will work closely with the Commercial Lines Manager and Account Executives to support a diverse book of commercial clients encompassing handling submissions, proposals, servicing, and renewals, within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products. Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven, effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the client’s insurance products. Gather all required data, determine eligibility, build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses.
