The Billing/Recovery Specialist provides support in the functional areas of Revenue Cycle which includes Billing, Reimbursement and Insurance Recovery. They ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations. They prepare and submit claims to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper, and verifies completeness and accuracy of all claims prior to submission.

The AVP, Claims is responsible for leading the overall claims function for the Small Fleet Transportation Claims Unit and Sharing Economy Claims Unit. The role is integral to the profit center’s business unit and is a key contributor to the development and execution of the profit center’s goals and strategies, setting strategic direction and vision for the team in collaboration with senior leadership.

As a Senior BI Specialist, you will manage a pending of at least 125 claims arising from BI, BIUI, BIUM, GL, as well as the accompanying auto material damage claims. You will be expected to operate under appropriate levels of supervision and within established authority. The position will report to the assigned Manager. This position is fully remote.
