This position requires previous supervisory experience and involves supervising a team handling Commercial Trucking bodily injury claims, including coaching and technical development of direct reports on coverage, liability investigation, evaluation of damages, settlement strategy, and litigation management.

Investigate, evaluate, and dispose of moderately complex insurance and/or reinsurance claims in keeping with sound claim practices and company procedures. Takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Analyze claims and make payment decisions, ensuring claims fall within policy terms. Evaluate and establish reserves, communicate with stakeholders, and complete special projects.

Join CCMSI’s growing nationwide claims team as a Multi-Line Claim Representative II – Commercial Trucking Cargo Adjuster, supporting a single, dedicated client account. In this fully remote role, you’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve cargo and auto physical damage (APD) claims—specifically comprehensive and collision (Comp/Coll) losses—across multiple jurisdictions within the lower 48 states.

Manage individual protection claims from initial notification through to final settlement. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting vulnerable clients when they need it most. The successful candidate will provide fair, evidence-based claims decisions in line with policy terms, company philosophy, and industry best practices. Daily contact with customers, intermediaries and service providers is a core part of the role.
