Join CCMSI’s growing nationwide claims team as a Multi-Line Claim Representative II – Commercial Trucking Cargo Adjuster, supporting a single, dedicated client account. In this fully remote role, you’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve cargo and auto physical damage (APD) claims—specifically comprehensive and collision (Comp/Coll) losses—across multiple jurisdictions within the lower 48 states.
Leads and directs an underwriting group and is accountable for business results through overall management, profitability, and business development of a book of business. Directs the work activities and has full management responsibility for the performance and development of subordinate staff in accordance with corporate strategic direction. Coaches, leads and develops underwriters and directs the development of underwriting training.
Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and handling of complex to claims to conclusion. This role will have advanced claim handling skills and demonstrate high quality results. This position necessitates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently and as part of a cohesive team.
