Examines claims data and conducts investigations into routine and moderately complex claims to determine coverage, compensability, subrogation and benefits under moderate supervisory direction. Must have MO and IA jurisdiction experience, KS is a plus; handles lost time and complex medical only assignments.

The Senior Claims Analyst is responsible for handling minor medical treatment only Workers Compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing and superior customer service and is accountable for the accurate determination of the proper amount due to the claimant and medical providers within assigned authority limits.

Appraises and investigates customer reported damages and assists in the processing of Total Loss claim documentation. Receives electronic appraisal assignments, sets appointments with customers for appraisal completion, reviews, explains, and negotiates completed damage estimates with customers and shops. Issues payments on claims and documents claims system.

Meet with pre-qualified clients via Zoom to educate them on supplemental benefits and life insurance options, while also building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with union members and association clients. You will provide policy reviews and recommend coverage that fits clients' needs, also manage a pipeline of warm leads—no cold calling or paid lead generation required.

Independently manage client relationships and accounts within our industry leading Emerging Risk Group, handling venture backed accounts. You will be responsible for Managing a book of up to $1MM in volume revenue and act as first and primary client point of contact.
