Role at a Glance:
- Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits.
- Submit claims to carriers and maintain accurate account records in AcciClaim.
- Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls, including extended hold time.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
- Communicate professionally with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
- Work independently, set priorities, and manage time with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Work at Home Requirements:
- Private, distraction-free environment and on-camera presence.
- Secure internet with speeds >20 Mbps download and >10 Mbps upload.
- Must reside in the United States within listed states.
