Senior Claims Specialist - General Liability (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manages commercial general liability claims from investigation to resolution, including coverage analysis, damages evaluation, and negotiation.
• Handles bodily injury, auto material damage, and total loss claims, including vehicle appraisal, subrogation, and salvage procedures.
• Establishes timely reserves, negotiates settlements, and writes complex correspondence such as Reservation of Rights letters.

Qualifications:

• Requires 3-5 years of casualty claim experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and presentation skills with knowledge of tort and contract law.
• Must have or obtain independent adjusters licenses for AL, GA, MS, NC, SC, and TN within 90 days.
