Senior Claims Specialist I, Workers Compensation - West Region

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct investigations to confirm coverage, liability, and damages.
• Engage independent adjusters, cause and origin experts, and medical examiners.
• Negotiate settlements and coordinate litigation activities for timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for negotiations and investigations.
• 3 to 5 years of directly related claims experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and ability to obtain licenses.
