Claims Advocate

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary claims resource for commercial clients, assisting with investigations, documentation, and claim-related questions.
• Monitor and manage open claims, ensuring timely communication among clients, carriers, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Review claim reserves, settlement strategies, and claim trends, while supporting workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.

Qualifications:

• Active Property Casualty Insurance License required; 5+ years of experience in commercial claims or risk management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and claim processes, with experience in property and casualty and commercial lines claims.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, plus proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office.
