Supervisor, Liability Claims

Role Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed service level agreements for Commercial Clients and create a high-performance work environment.
• Support achievement of financial and production targets through management of KPIs such as cycle time, billings, and claims response times.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and weekly operational dashboard KPI reviews.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree or equivalent business experience with CIP designation or working towards it, plus a minimum of 7 years in Personal and Commercial Liability claims adjusting.
• Fully licensed as an Adjuster in Ontario and multiple provinces (except Quebec), with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new claims systems.
