Job Summary:
- Lead a team of claim professionals handling moderate to high-complexity commercial auto and trucking liability claims.
- Serve as a technical resource for adjusters, clients, and internal partners while managing catastrophic injury and fatality exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff; conduct file reviews, audits, and performance discussions.
- Authorize payments, manage reserve adequacy, and partner with defense counsel on litigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; participate in stewardship reviews and claim presentations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial auto and trucking liability claims experience with supervisory or leadership background.
- Active Independent Adjuster License or Designated Home State License required.
- Expertise in coverage analysis, MCS-90 endorsements, and settlement negotiations.
