Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and evaluate auto claims, verify coverage, and determine liability.
- Negotiate and settle claims while providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage claim inventory independently and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of claims handling experience.
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage and state regulations.
- Ability to obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses.
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced claims investigation and liability analysis.
- Customer-focused communication and conflict resolution.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Additional Information:
- Pay range $57,500-$79,100 annually plus bonus.
- Remote position with flexible shift between 7a-7p central time.
- Periodic travel may be required.
