Key Responsibilities:

  • 80% of time: Process inbound claim contacts via phone, email, and chat from dealers, repair facilities, and sales agents.
  • 10% of time: Handle requests from managers and lead adjuster, and correspond with vendors.
  • 10% of time: Perform other duties as assigned, including claim estimation and cost comparison.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive, insurance, or claims environment.
  • Working knowledge of service contracts, insurance, or automotive industry.
  • High school diploma required; automotive training or college preferred.

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage of $22 to $25 USD, with potential for annual incentives.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time remote position with schedule Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm CST.
