As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Resource Center, you will be responsible for providing basic transactional support to callers, including answering policy questions, updating personal information, and transferring callers to SME representatives for complex matters. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Underwrites Life and Disability applications within authority limits, assessing medical and financial risk. Ability to Approve, Decline, or Postpone both Life and Disability applications. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and maintain professional relationships. Manage assigned workload meeting production and time service standards.
