Litigation & Appraisal Management: Manage end-to-end handling of HO property claims in litigation and appraisal, from assignment through final resolution. Drive litigation strategy, manage appraisal process, and make independent decisions.
Claim Investigation & Coverage Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations including policy review, coverage analysis, and damages evaluation. Issue coverage position letters and identify subrogation or fraud opportunities.
Estimating & File Documentation: Independently scope and write property damage estimates using Cotality, critically review estimates from others, and maintain thorough documentation.
Customer Service & Communication: Provide superior customer service to all parties, ensuring clarity, confidence, and timely communication. Maintain proactive control of each file.

Compensation & Benefits:

Budgeted Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year.
