Senior Technical Claims Specialist, Commercial Casualty Complex

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine coverage, investigate claims, and set reserves for complex commercial casualty claims.
• Manage litigation, including coordination with defense counsel and Home Office Legal.
• Mentor staff and maintain relationships with Underwriting and Reinsurance partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of claims adjusting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial casualty claims, litigation management, and legal/regulatory environment.
• Bodily injury litigated claims experience required; commercial casualty claims experience preferred.
