Collections Claims Specialist

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary of $18.23 per hour with paid virtual training.

Schedule:

• Training: First 4 weeks, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST.
• Regular schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday with start times as early as 7:30 am EST to end times as late as 10:00 pm EST.

Responsibilities:

• Review claim files to determine potential coverage and develop collection strategies.
• Negotiate with responsible parties and interpret facts of loss for settlement strategy.
• Initiate verbal and written communication and maintain accurate account records.

Qualifications:

• Must live in Georgia with permanent residence and reliable high-speed internet.
• One year of administrative or office experience required; collections experience preferred.
• Heavy phone experience and basic Microsoft Office skills required.
