Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member or document information in claim files.
- Provide professional customer service and manage conflict during difficult situations.
- Complete outbound calls to report claims to insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in Tennessee and have at least one year of continuous employment with the same company.
- Previous call center experience preferred; basic Microsoft Office skills required.
- Must have a permanent residence with reliable high-speed internet and be available for the scheduled training and shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay rate of $15.09 per hour with paid virtual training and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
