Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate team member or document information in claim files.
  • Provide professional customer service and manage conflict during difficult situations.
  • Complete outbound calls to report claims to insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in Tennessee and have at least one year of continuous employment with the same company.
  • Previous call center experience preferred; basic Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Must have a permanent residence with reliable high-speed internet and be available for the scheduled training and shifts.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay rate of $15.09 per hour with paid virtual training and full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision.
