Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide. Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality, efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations. Provide excellent customer service, strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics and adhere to a set full time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches.

Enterprise Mobility is seeking remote employees in Florida to join the Phone Representative team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from renters, third parties, credit card companies, and insurance companies, directing calls or taking necessary information. You'll also complete outbound calls to report claims to insurance carriers, while adhering to company policies and providing excellent customer service.

The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily be responsible for providing automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors related to scheduled maintenance and wear items; review repair orders according to manufacturer requirements and negotiate for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing, prior to providing approval; this is a full-time work from home position.

Responsibilities include reviewing automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders submitted from external partners by phone and email, ensuring proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations, and negotiating changes to order pricing.

The IT Rental Operations Products team is responsible for the development and support of products that provide rental ticketing business capabilities. You will be responsible for implementing enhancement changes, monitoring product health, long and short-term capacity planning, resolving production issues and designing initiatives planned to continue to evolve our services to align with our new API-first strategy.

As an IT Manager over the IR Team, you will maintain an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported, lead, coach and mentor a team of results-oriented security analysts, and oversee moderate to complex cybersecurity incidents using fundamental incident response processes and approach.
