Handle 80-100 incoming back to back calls daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide. Receive and apply feedback from managers to improve call quality, efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations. Provide excellent customer service, strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics and adhere to a set full time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches.
Enterprise Mobility is seeking remote employees in Florida to join the Phone Representative team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls from renters, third parties, credit card companies, and insurance companies, directing calls or taking necessary information. You'll also complete outbound calls to report claims to insurance carriers, while adhering to company policies and providing excellent customer service.
The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily be responsible for providing automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors related to scheduled maintenance and wear items; review repair orders according to manufacturer requirements and negotiate for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing, prior to providing approval; this is a full-time work from home position.
