The Genesys Cloud CX Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation. This role ensures that complex technical concepts are translated into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials. Responsibilities include developing technical documentation, documenting business processes, and creating knowledge base articles.
Lead the design, development, and execution of Onebrief's performance and scalability testing strategy. Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the mission-critical platform is reliable, performant, and ready to scale with the rapidly growing user base. Define what “performance quality” means at Onebrief, contributing to frameworks, metrics, and automation that allow Onebrief to understand and improve system performance continuously.
