Lead the client experience for group insurance plans, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for plan administrators and brokers. Serve as the primary point of contact for plan administrators and brokers post-sale for all group insurance products. Build and sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships, manage implementation plans, and collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic enrollment initiatives.

In this position, you will have a key role in the design, development, testing, deployment and support of proprietary software applications. You will participate in the implementation of new applications and modifications to existing applications. Your main tools will consist of C#, VB.NET, and SQL, using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.

As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of proprietary software applications while leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to enhance efficiency. You will gain experience in modern front-end frameworks (React.js or similar), GraphQL APIs, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or similar).
