Field Sourcing Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Appcast, Wall Street Jobs, referrals, and other platforms.
• Maintain high recruiting activity, generating at least 25 qualified candidate conversations per week and advancing 7-8 candidates to Field Leader interviews.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and appointment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of full-cycle 1099 recruiting experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or sales.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, plus experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.

Compensation & Additional Information:

• This role is fully remote and requires a quiet, distraction-free home office with periodic travel for meetings and recruitment events.
• Pay range is $66,500 - $92,000 with an anticipated starting salary of $70,000 - $74,000 and eligibility for a target 5% annual incentive plan.
