About the Role:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 GTM roles, from sourcing to closing offers.
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, and workflow speed.
- Run efficient Zoom screens and partner with hiring managers to keep decisions moving.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting with significant GTM hiring at B2B SaaS or API companies.
- A track record of high-volume hiring (25+ GTM hires a year) and passive sourcing.
- Working knowledge of sales comp and experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing CRMs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Cash compensation of $120,000-$140,000 plus competitive equity grants.
