You'll support hiring for Constructor's GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
You'll own a smaller funnel of candidates from start to finish, including sourcing and closing offers.

What You'll Do:

Keep our pipeline in Ashby accurate and move candidates through stages.
Schedule interviews and give every candidate clear, timely communication.
Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize notes, and speed up research.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a client-facing role.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up until you get a response.
Highly organized with strong written communication and low ego.
