Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment searches, ensuring strategic planning and client alignment.
• Conduct intake discussions, develop tailored search strategies, and manage full-cycle assignments.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.

Requirements:

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience with direct responsibility for searches.
• Experience across multiple professional specialties or seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
