Opportunity:
- Partner with hiring managers in Operations, Customer Happiness, Curriculum, Marketing, and Camp Delivery to fill priority openings.
- Own the full recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a track record of sourcing passive candidates.
- Able to write outreach that gets replies and familiar with modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Compensation & Schedule:
- $27 to $37 per hour, based on experience and sourcing track record.
- 10 to 20 hours per week, fully remote, with flexible schedule and two weekly touchpoints.
