Senior Claims Examiner, Workers' Compensation

Administer indemnity claims and handle complex claim issues using strong litigation management experience, lien resolution abilities, and customer service skills to resolve routine claims without legal representation. Maintain a current diary, prevent and mitigate potential penalties, and update claim notes in the computer system. Provide timely reporting of excess files to the Reinsurance Manager and identify and pursue subrogation.
