About the Role:
- Handle a book of commercial excess/umbrella claims nationwide.
- Manage complex claims with significant financial exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Determine coverage, investigate, set reserves, and negotiate settlements.
- Oversee outside counsel and mentor staff.
- Monitor legislation and trends affecting specialty coverage.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial casualty claims experience.
- Strong skills in coverage, reserving, negotiation, and litigation.
