Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of complex auto and homeowner's casualty claims.
- Assess coverage, liability, and damages; recommend settlement strategies and escalate for authority review.
- Collaborate with trial counsel and attend mediations, arbitrations, trials, and hearings.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years managing complex and litigated casualty claims with deep expertise in severe to catastrophic injuries.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and sound judgment.
- Professionalism, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
Work Flexibility:
- Remote or hybrid depending on location, with modest in-office expectations near hubs.
- Candidates in Central or Eastern time zones are ideal.
- 10% travel for mediations, arbitrations, trials, or in-person events.
