Job Responsibilities:
- Lead full lifecycle handling of complex commercial energy claims, including coverage analysis, investigation, and negotiation.
- Manage litigation, including oversight of defense counsel and development of litigation strategy.
- Set and adjust reserves, authorize payments, and recommend claim denials when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of progressively complex commercial casualty claims experience.
- Strong background in energy claims or comparable complex commercial GL/Auto claims.
- All lines Adjuster License required.
