Job Responsibilities:
- Supports IMA’s core values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Proactively advocates for timely and optimal claim resolutions for clients.
- Communicates claim information to internal and external clients and maintains strong relationships.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 10+ years of prior Claims experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- System skills with Applied Epic, Carrier, and TPA platforms preferred.
- Exceptional technical skill in coverage and claims handling with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $92,000 - $120,000 USD annually, plus annual performance bonus.
