The Senior Claims Analyst is responsible for handling minor medical treatment only Workers Compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing and superior customer service and is accountable for the accurate determination of the proper amount due to the claimant and medical providers within assigned authority limits.

Responsible for prompt efficient review and disposition of insurance claims through effective research, evaluation, investigation, negotiation and interaction with insureds or claimants. The Adjuster III is often assigned to larger claims with a larger exposure or severity in the Line of Business. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values.

Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business. Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions. Maintain frequent, transparent communication with the account team and deliver excellent service.
