Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you’ll launch an exciting BCAA career by building strong, trusting relationships with our customers and helping them select the right mix of insurance products and services to meet their life’s events and future needs. Becoming an Insurance Advisor puts you on the path towards a fulfilling career as a Senior Insurance Advisor within only 12 months. Your passion to deliver signature customer experiences enables BCAA to be the one of the most trusted organizations in British Columbia. During a typical day, you will work with team members to recommend BCAA insurance products and services to current and new customers to meet their needs over the phone. You’ll help them secure and/or renew their policies by reviewing current coverage and making recommendations. Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting to assess and recommend the right coverage for our customers. Achieve sales and productivity goals while upholding BCAA and AAA/CAA Member experience goals and underwriting guidelines. Manage customer accounts and documentation, from processing payments to issuing new, renewal, endorsements and cancellations for Insurance policies, BCAA Memberships, and additional products and services. Increase your industry knowledge and expertise towards becoming a Senior Insurance Advisor within 12 months. You’ll participate in BCAA’s training courses, maintain annual licensing requirements and keep up to date with the latest processes, products and service offerings in the insurance industry in a supportive environment.
