What You'll Do:
- Handle moderate to complex casualty claims independently, including construction defect, general liability, commercial transportation, and auto bodily injury claims.
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage, and establish appropriate claim reserves.
- Negotiate settlements, manage litigated files, and partner with defense counsel on claim strategy.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Significant experience handling casualty claims, including complex bodily injury exposures.
- Strong coverage analysis, liability evaluation, and investigative skills, plus advanced knowledge of policy interpretation and risk transfer.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with insurance designations like CPCU, AIC, or AINS a plus.
