- Act as a subject-matter expert for underwriting, reinsurance, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from notice to resolution, including coverage analysis, reserving, and settlement.
- Oversee litigation and coordinate clinical and expert resources.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of claims/legal experience; medical malpractice experience strongly desired.
- Advanced coverage analysis and insurance regulation knowledge; maintain adjuster license.
